Giacomo continues the work begun by his father Giovanni to protect the region’s biodiversity with Ozzastrera. Terracuza is a family-run enterprise specializing in the restoration and cultivation of abandoned olive trees and olive groves. All fieldwork is performed manually, fully embracing the practices of the demanding olive cultivation in a challenging hilly terrain characterized by steep
slopes and dry-stone terracing.
The transformation of the raw olives takes place within 8 hours and is entrusted to master millers who, using the newest technologies and techniques, are able to extract the highest quality.
