CHARACTERISTICS
Medium to intense green fruity flavor, distinctly herbaceous, obtained from a careful selection of
native Bosana and Cariasina cultivars.

ORGANOLEPTIC NOTES
Sensations reminiscent of tomato, artichoke, almond, and ripe pear. Medium intensity bitterness
and spiciness provide elegance with a gradual expressiveness on the palate. Great versatility in
